Billy Crystal Sets Broadway Return With ‘860,’ One-Man Show About Losing His Home in Palisades Fires

Billy Crystal is set to return to Broadway this fall with '860,' a deeply personal one-man show inspired by the loss of his home in the 2025 Palisades fires. Named after the address of the house where he lived for 46 years, the production will explore the funny and touching memories created there, as well as the resilience required to move forward after a devastating loss. Crystal describes the show as a 'joyous and heartfelt visit' that emphasizes the importance of family and inner strength.

Directed by Scott Ellis, '860' will play a limited 12-week engagement, marking Crystal's first return to the Great White Way since his Tony-winning debut in '700 Sundays.' The Palisades and Eaton fires were among the most destructive in California's history, and Crystal's project aims to honor the community's shared experience of loss and rebuilding. Previews are scheduled to begin in October at a Shubert Theater, with fans eager to see the beloved performer bring his signature blend of humor and heart back to the stage.
